Khloe Kardashian, Mario Lopez to Host X Factor!

 

Seems like Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez have the X Factor Simon Cowell was looking for.
TMZ reported Tuesday that both Kardashian, 28, and Lopez, 38, will be co-hosts on the reality competitio this season, with the official announcement expected later this week; a source confirms the deal to UsWeekly
Kardashian and Lopez aren't the only new additions to the program: After season one's high-profile firings, Cowell brought in Britney Spears and Demi Lovato to fill the judges' seats left vacant by Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul.
Last month, an X Factor source told Us Lamar Odom's love had impressed Cowell and other FOX network executives. "Simon liked her spunky personality!" the show source revealed.
Cowell confirmed reports that Kardashian was in the running during a recent chat with Ellen DeGeneres,explaining that co-host chemistry means more to him than hosting chops.
"We have screen tested a load of people. . .It could be a Kardashian," Cowell said. "I think that would work. I'm quite a fan of not putting [experienced] hosts on this show. Because I think it's going to give it a different dynamic. So we have to find people who have a great chemistry, but Khloe is definitely up there in running."

Charges Against Lohan's Accused Assailant Dropped ET Online

Lindsay Lohan has given a police statement following an alleged physical altercation at the W Hotel in New York City, a source confirms to ET.
According to our source, Lohan was hanging out in her hotel room with a group of people that included a man whom she later suspected of taking pictures of her and saving them on his phone. Our source alleges that the man "threw [Lohan] down" when she asked to see his phone, leading the actress to run out of the room. The source continues to allege that the man attempted to choke Lohan after catching her in the hotel stairwell.

The man in question, Christian LaBella, was arrested and held at the 13th Precinct, according to our source.
WNBC in New York reports that LaBella was charged this afternoon with assault and harassment.
Lohan's rep has given a statement to ET, stating, "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation."

She starred as the young woman the other students picked on in "Mean Girls," and now, Lindsay Lohan has opened up about her own bullying.
Lindsay, moved by the story of Whitney Kropp, a teen who was nominated for her school's homecoming court as a prank, Tweeted on Tuesday that when she was young, she was harassed by her classmates.
"I was actually bullied @ my public school when i would leave to film. Whenever I came back... girls & boys would call me names," Lindsay Tweeted on Tuesday, responding to the young woman's story, shared on Katie Couric's "Katie" on Tuesday.

"They would also mock me because of my home situation, when people found out that my father was in jail," she added.
Lindsay said the bullying got so bad, she left regular school for home schooling.
"They would yell things, try to trip me & more...I moved to home-schooling instead. In 11th grade. I stuck it out for a while," she noted.

As for Whitney's situation, after finding out her homecoming court nomination was a prank, thanks to the support of her family and friends, she chose to stay in the court and own the moment.

What a trooper! Justin Bieber took his devotion to his Beliebers to a whole new level on Saturday night.
The 18-year-old superstar, seemingly suffering from some sort of stomach ailment, threw up on stage during a concert in Glendale, Ariz., but pushed through the entire show for his fans.

According to TMZ, Justin also left the stage twice due to illness, and apologized to the understanding audience for being sick.
The dedicated pop star kept a sense of humor about the evening with an "Anchorman" reference, Tweeting, "And .... Milk was a bad choice! Lol"He later posted a photo

 of himself resting in bed with the caption, "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u"

The wedding weekend kicked off on Friday night with a rehearsal dinner at Ventana Inn and Spa. More than 100 guests attended the ceremony which was reportedly held at a private estate nearby.
People confirmed last week that the bride wore a dress custom designed by Valentino.
The twosome has been together since 2008 and got engaged in late 2011.

Arnold Schwarzenegger confirms 'hot affair' with Brigitte Nielsen

Arnold Schwarzenegger admits that not only did he cheat on Maria Shriver with the family's housekeeper while the two were married, but he also cheated when they were dating and living together — and this time the other woman was none other than Brigitte Nielsen! In his new memoir, Total Recall, which hits shelves Monday, the action star and former California governor confirms that he and the actress had a "hot affair," according to the Associated Press. Schwarzenegger reportedly describes the relationship as a "fling," and says it helped him realize that he wanted to marry Shriver.

Nielsen, who revealed the romance in her 2011 memoir You Only Get One Life, met Schwarzenegger when the two starred in the 1985 movie "Red Sonja." At the time, Nielsen claims, she was unaware that Schwarzenegger was taken. "How serious it was with [Shriver], I don't know," Nielsen told the U.K.'s Daily Mail last year. "He never spoke about her — and the way he was living his life with me, I felt I was the only one. Then I realized about him and Maria and, wow, I felt cheated."

Nielsen describes the affair with Schwarzenegger in her book as "outrageous" and based on an "energy" between them. "We both knew that when the film was finished, so were we," Nielsen writes. "Time was limited so we didn't hold back - we really made the most of it. The set lights would barely be off before we disappeared to do our thing. We wanted time to ourselves and we wanted to try everything. And when we were alone, that's exactly what we did." Now 49, the actress is best known for her marriage to another action star, and her "Rocky IV" co-star, Sylvester Stallone, from 1985 to 1987, and for unexpectedly coupling up with Flavor Flav when the two both appeared on the VH1 reality show "The Surreal Life" in 2004.

Schwarzenegger, who married Shriver in 1986, also had an interesting love life. He famously revealed in May 2011 that he fathered a child born to his former housekeeper, Mildred Baena, in 1997. (The actor also has four children with Shriver: Katherine, 22, Christina, 21, Patrick, 19, and Christopher, 15.) He and Shriver are separated, although he says in his memoir that he hopes to reconcile. Expect more revelations to come out soon, as Schwarzenegger's interview with "60 Minutes" is set to air Sunday.
